One of the most touching moments during reunion is witnessing the reassurance shared by the adoptive families to the birth families.

We were moved to hear the adoptive parents speak so warmly and confidently about their son. They shared how well their son have been doing in school, how much he has grown, and the wonderful young man he is becoming. Their words carried such love, pride, and encouragement.

For the birth family, especially the birth mother and grandmother, hearing that her son is healthy, happy, and thriving brought comfort and joy. They were touched and felt content to see how tall and handsome he has grown and to feel relief that he is in his adoptive parents’ care and is flourishing as a young man.

Reunions like this remind us that the adoptive parents’ reassurance is the love delivered to the birth families. We are sincerely grateful to the adoptive parents for their openness, kindness, and willingness to embrace this connection. Their support created love to across families and across time.
