This seminar we had with other agencies reminded us of something very important: healing comes in many forms, both big and small. As case workers, sometimes in the midst of our busy days, we can overlook just how meaningful each moment can be and every moment works toward the process of healing.

Whether it's an adoptive family reaching out for the first time, an adoptee taking steps to explore their story, or birth families gathering the courage to visit CSS, every action is part of the healing journey. We've seen families walk through our doors carrying a mix of emotions—sometimes tears flow, and we recognize those tears for what they are: tears of healing, courage, and hope.
