A while ago, we had the privilege of interacting with another adoption agency. It was a truly enriching experience.
We shared our experiences of finding birth families and facilitating reunions.
While we may have different experiences, the insights shared by the agency were invaluable experiences, reminding us of the impact our work has on the lives we touch.
As social workers, witnessing adoptees thrive within loving homes and ultimately reconnecting with their birth families is a reward that fills our hearts with immense joy and gratitude.
We are grateful for the opportunity to exchange experiences. It not only enriches our understanding for adoption but also fuels our commitment to continuously learn and grow.
